Managed to resist the temptation of snacking, does anyone find that when others start to talk about food that you instantly get hungry. Which makes me wonder if the majority of binge-eating is all in the mind rather than actual hungar! Although today I have not had time to jump on the treadmill due to traffic issues on the ride home, but I feel it's been somewhat of a gain today by the fact I've avoided around 500 calories of eating crap!

Snacks used to be my downfall too. I'd do great all day. I'd be under calorie, exercised, put my boys to bed and then eat snacks of massive proportions and ruin an entire good day at 9pm. I still snack after my boys go to bed. Its just now my snacks are much more moderate and usually healthier.

I have a really big problem with allowing myself one small treat and then just falling downhill from there. Even when I'm not hungry I'll still do it. What works for me is just not having any snack food around, and if I do it's only in single serving size. That way I'm not tempted to eat more than I should because it's just not there!

Good deal... Yes, snacks were clearly my sticking point. Especially the ones that started after 8:00 pm. I've cut all of those out and have had success.
