Do you listen to music, watch TV or something else? I find I need to listen to music with my earplugs in and have the tv on, but on mute. It really helps me to pass the time. I don't pay attention to the tv, just serves as a distraction, especially as I raise the intensity of the routine.

Since Tuesday I've totally avoided fatty foods, with the exception of a couple of cans of coca cola. Since I owned the treadmill I have not maintained it as I should have as per the instruction manual. So tonight I went out and purchased some silicone spray which has been applied and will be drying over night. My jeans are already getting very slightly baggy, infact the past couple of days I've had to tighten the belt by another notch. Going to weigh myself every month to see if any of the fat is actually coming off!
