Mainly "fast" walking, been just shy of a week since I stepped on the treadmill, decided to take it easy 5KPH walking speed. With an occasional 8/9KPH jpg/run here and there to warm me up
Hate the fact my treadmill is in KM and KPH....

Hello..I'm still at it! I've been following the C25K app since last Wednesday. Yesterday I started Week 2 Day 1 and BOY OH BOY was that a challenge. I struggled getting my last run in. I'm rotating between walking/jogging 90 seconds each. I'm thinking about repeating Week 1 until I feel more comfortable! Hang in there akmfp!!0

Just downloaded that app to my iphone now, I also purchased a polar calories counter watch (forget the special name for them) - It has a strap for heart rate monitor, at least this way I can get somewhat accurate data, compared to my treadmill!0
