Anyone else just get seriously bored on rest days? I thought I would go crazy!0 -
Well my treadmill arrived today as planned. I used one of the workout incline programs for half of an hour, rotating between 3.0-4.0 speed & rotating between 2%-5% incline. I walked the entire time. I think I'll gradually get back to my walk/jog (perhaps next week).0

first day today I've hopped on the treadmill! did .50 of a mile, 3.0+, incline of 8 uphill was my max... I kept switching challenging myself and then giving myself breaks while still on it ! =]0
