10 mins of walk/run (3.5 walk/ up to 8 run). So better than nothing.

    Well my treadmill arrived today as planned. I used one of the workout incline programs for half of an hour, rotating between 3.0-4.0 speed & rotating between 2%-5% incline. I walked the entire time. I think I'll gradually get back to my walk/jog (perhaps next week).

    For the first time in recent memory - by that I mean OVER 10 years - I did Walking, 3.0 mph, mod. pace for 1 hour! Burned 377 calories – although certainly a little higher given my obesity status.

    first day today I've hopped on the treadmill! did .50 of a mile, 3.0+, incline of 8 uphill was my max... I kept switching challenging myself and then giving myself breaks while still on it ! =]
