Diet – Don’t eat after 8pm No bread & added broccoli, celery & spinach; 64 oz water 7 days
Mind – Spend more time praying.

Week 2 Actual:
Fitness – Worked out 2 days; run 1 mile a day challenge 4 days
Diet – Ate after 8pm 1 day; Added more veggies; 64 oz water days
Mind – Prayed more about mental and emotional peace.
