Well....I am back. According to MFP it has been a year since I last did calculations so that means it has been a year since I cared about what was going into my mouth.
I have had great success with MFP in the past and lost 40-50 lbs. Got out of the 300s and I am back. With all that weight I had lost, gained back. I hit a stressful patch at work and went right to pop and junk food and never looked back.
I should be greatful I am back and wanting to take control of what I am doing for myself now. I have 2 great children and a supportive fiancé. I am not setting time frames for my weight loss but I do have smaller goals and some NSV ones to hit.
Last time I did most of my working out in a gym and classes. Right now we do not have the money for me to join a gym but I am determined to get into a work out routine at home. C25K worked well for me and 30 Day Shred has as well. I am also going to check out some Zumba one You Tube.
I am sure I will post often as I like to share about everything when it comes to loosing weight and I don't always feel comfortable boasting about it to people in real life
100lbs to loose is a long journey! I will be happy at loosing 100 but really 130 would be an ideal goal. I really do want to stay curvy and keep my boobs BUT a healthy curvy is what I am working towards.
