Hello Everyone,

I hate going to the gym, but I do want to do weight training, so I've found a bodyweight training program and I am going to start tonight. I've done some small weight training with a resistance band and small dumbbells, but I want to get a little more serious with it, but I do not want to go to the gym. I figured that bodyweight training would be the perfect thing for me.

Does anyone have any tips or tricks or words of wisdom?
