Treadmill has been my key (if not only) exercise. I could barely move last winter. Slowly I started walking…10 min, then 15 etc. … today I did 50 minutes for the first time at a moderate 3.1 pace.

While I need to do some strength exercising in the mix, the treadmill has been great for me. I always have my headphones on listening (and getting lost in) the music. I have a separate music folder marked “treadmill” on my phone.

Have other health issues, but plan to plug along. Still have another 30-40 pounds to lose.
