Burn intervals

I thought for sure I would HATE this workout. This morning when I got up to walk the dog I was dreading doing the Burn Intervals workout afterwords. I gotta say, I kind of liked it! I felt great the entire time and have felt good all day. The calorie burn is a major plus too. :)

Edit- I'm new to the group by the way.. Just started Chalean Extreme this week. Was honestly worried if I would like it, but so far it's pretty great!

    Welcome to the cult. ... I mean "the club!" Not sure if you've read around or not, but I've done the program 3 times and a few other members have also graduated with multiple degrees of CLX!
    We try to keep this group active, so you may find we discuss other programs too - I tried a TF group and no one said anything!

    Thanks for the welcome! I kind of remember reading your post about wanting to stick around here since it's more active.

    I just completed my first week of CLX and I really kind of liked it! My only complaint is that after 2 months of PIYO I finally had a flat stomach. Well, not anymore. So I'm going to have to incorporate my own core workouts to get that back. :)

    Omg, Burn Intervals is my best jam. I am so pumped by the end that I feel like I could tackle a mac truck. Great taste in videos!

    yes, she doesn't really do a large core workout in the CLX series. Whatever works for you and keeps you motivated!
