Hey guys! I'm wrapping up T25 Gamma today and will be jumping into Insanity on Monday! Looking for some friends to share this journey with :)

    Would be really interested to see how you find Insanity after T25. I am doing it the other way round - I am currently in the first week of T25 Alpha after doing a round of Insanity.

    Absolutely loved it. Didn't lose a lot of weight but toned up and felt much fitter.
