Hey, good picture on the thread starter for me today (was on a trail today)! Went to the trails at a local mountain and let the boys run wild and followed behind slowly, chatting with a good friend. It was nice and got lots of steps too. Came down a slightly more treacherous route and right ankle felt a little sore, but not bad at all. If anything, I'd say it was really good for my ankles. A great day.

I like starter poster too. especially since I live in the mountains !
I am working now. it's slow Seahawks are playing and I think everyone is watching.
day off exercise. I did end up doing walk yesterday with hat on in case of rain. only sprinkled.

Good workout today. Friday I had done 15 minutes on the elliptical to warm up, then had an hour with my trainer, then he originally wanted me to do 46 minutes each on the 5 different types of cardio equipment we have (elliptical, treadmill, bike, Jacobs Ladder, rowing machine). Then he added up in his head how long that was going to take and I think he realized close to 4 hours on top of the 75 minutes I had already been there was a bit much, so he came up with something else.
Today I did half that - 23 minutes on each of the 5 pieces of equipment. Jason also wanted me to do a core workout of my choice today, so I did 3 sets of 23 reps alternating bicycle crunches, medicine ball twists and runner's abs without breaking between sets. Abs were burning by the time I was done. Then I stretched & was done - took 2 hours & 17 minutes.
Ate horribly yesterday. Did better today.0
