Logging JMBR workouts

I found it strange that there were no Jillian Michaels workouts when I searched the data base unless I am searching for the wrong thing? What does everyone else log for their JMBR workouts? I'm not eating back exercise calories but am interested to know. I currently don't have a HRM to correctly calculate.

I log it as "circuit training, general" but I adjust the minutes so the calories match the reading on my HRM. I usually burn between 300-330 calories, but I'm tall. If you're not eating back your calories an estimate of 250-300 is probably accurate depending on your height/weight.0

Thanks I have been entering it as Les Mills body pump for the workouts, which sits at about 288 cals and aerobics high impact for the cardio workouts, which is about 300-330 cals. Might ask Santa for a HRM. I did have one but it keeps dropping out0
