When Am I Supposed To Have My Snack?
The books say to eat meals every 4 hours and my daily snack between lunch and dinner. Do I have my snack 4 hours after lunch, or sometime in between lunch and dinner?

Logging JMBR workouts
I found it strange that there were no Jillian Michaels workouts when I searched the data base unless I am searching for the wrong thing? What does everyone else log for their JMBR workouts? I'm not eating back exercise calories but am interested to know. I currently don't have a HRM to correctly calculate. :)

Week 2
Just started Week 2 today and I have to say, it seems easier to do the exercises than it was last week. So I guess that's probably a good thing! After JMBR?
Is anyone done already and moved on to another plan for fitness? I tend to do well with a plan, like JMBR. I've considered writing one up myself using JMBR and other JM workouts, but just not feeling sure about it yet. I've also thought about buying another similar program. I'd love to hear your plans, suggestions, etc.…
Week 1
Starting today, I meant to do the workout before work, but I didn't sleep well, so I needed the extra time in bed for a little extra rest. I plan to do the workout as soon as I get home so I can't put it off! Anyone else on week 1?
