After JMBR?

Is anyone done already and moved on to another plan for fitness?
I tend to do well with a plan, like JMBR.
I've considered writing one up myself using JMBR and other JM workouts, but just not feeling sure about it yet. I've also thought about buying another similar program.
I'd love to hear your plans, suggestions, etc.
(If it helps, I've lost about 14 pounds and have 5-6 to go to meet my goal.)

I'm still doing JMBR because I haven't found anything I like as much yet. I've done the other Jillian Michaels workouts but none were as entertaining and motivating as this one because of her eclectic, motivating group of people in the class. I'd try Piyo if I could get it for free but I actually enjoyed working with the cable & dumbbells in JMBR. I hear she's coming up with something new soon. In the meantime, I'm still doing 2 W/O of JMBR every other day now (down from every day) alternating with one hour of running every alternate day (down from every day). I may transition to body sculpt classes at the gym 3x a week along with an hour on the treadmill. I only have about 10-15 more pounds to lose.0
