Hello all... I am just wondering if anyone had any significant vascularity changes from lifting.
I have been lifting off and on for awhile now, and just starting this program. And... just noticed a "new" vein popping out of the underside of my right forearm, and it just now struck me that I might end up more vascular.

What is everyone elses' experiences?
Photos...?

I see it all the time on men, but never really noticed it much on females.

Yes you can see mine more prominently, but really only when I'm hot. Plus, I'd rather muscly arms than flabby arms ;-)

My hand veins are a bit more prominent now. Funny, I hadn't thought about the connection before and figured it was part of getting older :)
