WILL EATING FRUITS HELP ME TO LOSE WEIGHT?

Options
Fruits are high in fructose ( what makes fruits sweet ) which is a simple sugar (just like table sugar) But unlike glucose, (the simple sugar everything you eat gets converted to) that's stored and accessed at different places like your muscles, brain and liver; fructose is stored and processed by the liver.

Why is that bad f you are trying to lose weight?

If your liver already has ample energy from the other foods you eat; there is a higher likelihood it will repackage the excess fructose as fat, which will work against the purpose of using stored body fat.

The only way eating fruits will help you lose weight is if they were the only source of food and given you don't overeat them. Since your liver won't have any extra sugar coming from other food sources; it will have to use the sugar coming from the fruits you eat thus not having excess to be stored as fat.
