New to group. This lifestyle I believe suits me best. Trying to get started. What does a typical day of eating and exercise look like for the EM2WL lifestyle? Thank you.

    You figure out your TDEE. If you have to lose weight, then you subtract 15%. If you don't, then you eat at TDEE. Many of us do heavy lifting (ex. Stronglifts 5x5, Starting Strength or New Rules) as that helps us lose fat while maintaining muscle. And we try to keep our protein levels up to help with this as well. Other than that, there isn't a specific way of doing this. I would suggest reading all the pinned posts and perhaps checking out the website as well.
