I have a bag of each. Thinking of adding a Tbsp of each to my veggies and meat stir fries for a boost in fiber and such. Good Idea? Or anyone with any ideas to to use them in my meals?

Flaxseed crackers! 1 cup ground flaxseed, 1/2cup grated parmesan cheese, salt, pepper, Italian herbs, 1 egg. I grind all the dry ingredients together in my food processor then mix with the egg. Pour the mixture out onto parchment paper, cover with another sheet of parchment, roll very thin with a rolling pin, cut into squares, transfer the whole bottom sheet of parchment to a baking sheet and bake at 350 for 10 minutes, flip, turn off the oven and leave them in there another 10 minutes to crisp up.

It's very easy and they are the perfect dip delivery devices for ketoers.

Hi Jerry. I am a huge chia fan. I try and have 2 cups of bouillon a day, to get my sodium. When I do this, I sometimes add 1TBSP chia seeds to each cup of my hot bouillon. it gives it some body, and is actually quite filling. Not to mention the fiber and omega benefit. My daughter uses chia to thicken sauces. you can grind them or just toss them in. We also sprinkle chia on salads - after dressing so they stick

One warning -- go easy on the amount until you get used to them, up it a little at a time. Or you could experience Disaster Pants! :)
