New member here. Looking to find out about this life style, as im always gonna eat. I cant not chew on something so dieting is rough. Plus i live alone, and cooking is always too much food.

It's a lifestyle of always eating correctly for the amount of activity you do, so as not to gain fat.
And if trying to lose weight, taking a reasonable deficit.
Eating enough protein, and doing strength training is encourage, as those 3 things will help retain muscle mass despite losing weight/fat.
