Ok so I have lost 2 stone since February using the 5;2 and low carb/keto. I have eaten as little carbs in that time as seemed practical. I am sure I was not always in ketosis, but I did eat lots of healthy fats such as coconut oil and butter. Anyway I am delighted with my loss, and I would like to hear from others at maintenance stage. How easy do they find maintenance using keto? Do they find they can eat large amounts of food without putting on weight? This is where I am at. I am not sure if its mostly due to fasting or to keto, or both? I am still fasting 2 days, but I eats lots the other days and dont count cals at all. Any ideas??
