Hello everyone.
I'm one of the few who had a break in between level 1 and level 2. I'm currently doing level 2 and would like to know your updates.
How much weight did you lose?
What are your current measurements?
How many days a week did you do this exercise?
Did you use weights or without weights?
What can I say I'm curious and the group discussion board (DB) is pretty quiet.
I used level 1 with weights and level 2 without weights. I've updated my measurements under the MEASUREMENTS topic. I did 6 days on and 1 day (Sunday) off.
