1st week in the books

My first week I cut pop out and logged everything I ate. Didn't exercise but I started that today. I lost 7 lbs my first week.
I will be getting my own scale, I have been using my neighbors so hopefully it doesn't change too much.
Just wanted to check in and I could definently use some active friends.
