Hi There!
I'm new on this forum and also looking for support on my post-baby weight loss journey. My LO is 11 months old now, eating solids but still breastfeeding up to 6-8 times a day! I want to make sure I maintain my milk but recently I have been gaining weight even on a restricted intake plan - eating 1200-1600 calories and adding 300 for milk. Now I'm thinking should I be taking away the extra 300 calories? Any ideas? What can I do? THANKS!
