Resetting Calories....

Because of my height and weight I wanted to lose, MFP had me at what people say is the lowest setting, 1200 calories.
Obviously now that Ive had my Sleeve (last Thurs), everything that Ive consumed is not anywhere near that mark.
Where do I go to reset the #'s so it doesn't show like Im starving myself?!?

go to your home page and then goals. This will allow you to change your calorie requirements as well as your macro nutrient requirements.

Most of my friends on here are weight loss surgery patients just so I can avoid those raised eyebrows and questions! :)

Don't worry about the calorie settings. MFP has a floor and your actuals will just be well below that for a few months. At this point you should learn the tracking habits and make sure you keep your protein intake high. As you heal and progress you will start to get closer to the daily calorie goal.
