Breakfast Ideas

I get so tired of eggs and miss oatmeal/cream of wheat. This is a good compromise:

3/4 cup boiling water, add 3 tbs flaxseed meal, slowly add 1 tbs chia seed while stirring so it won't clump. Add 1 tbs coconut oil (optional) and whatever spices you like. I add cinnamon, nutmeg, ginger and a little Splenda. The longer it sits the thicker it gets. I actually like this better than cream of wheat.

    I eat eggs a lot too.
    I have never been a fan of oatmeal so I am not sure I'd like the above but I will try it.
