Hey Everyone!
This week has been great. No big events (I got MARRIED last Wednesday!! Woo HOO!!) and no house guests either. Logging has been great! I've been balancing things even if I go a little over my caloric intake, it's been good and the results are showing. I lost everything I gained over the last couple of weeks, which may very well have been grease bloat, but still....
Feeling GREAT!
I've done a lot of keeping track of macronutrients (Protein, Carbs, Fat) to keep them balanced as well. Take a look at your macros this week and see if they are in balance or if you've gone way over on any of them. By keeping these balanced, you'll ensure that your body is getting everything it needs, thus not going hungry or overdoing it on the bad stuff!
