Hello, my 14th anniversary today. Husband cranky from no sleep....

I feel tired and lazy, probably from doing almost nothing! Lol

Might go for ride to do errands today, I made big pot of soup yesterday.

    Good morning all!

Hope you're still enjoying your days off, Marla, even if it wasn't the trip you wanted.

Hope today is not as stressful, Sherry! Also, hope the ankle is continuing to improve.

Great NSV, Laura, with your blood pressure! Hope you're sore now with your training last night and this morning. :)

Hope your training went well, too, April, and you're able to keep staying within your calories.

I think that this time of year is particularly stressful, although I don't know why.

I'm enjoying the weather and the fall foliage, but still really stressed.

Really enjoyed my Body Conditioning class last night. Rode my bike to and from it rather than running, as I had to get home, get the dogs packed up and get to flyball class pretty quickly. This weekend is one of our flyball tournaments, so I need to go over this afternoon and help get everything set up. Then it runs all weekend from sun up to sun down. I think that I'm going to change my MFP picture to one from last year's tournament when I get home tonight.

    Hi! Happy Friday!

Congratulations Marla. Sorry it didn't turn out as planned, but you can still make the most of it and celebrate together when your husband comes around.

Donna, have a nice weekend and stay strong with your recommitment. The sun up to sun down things are hard for activity and eating. When I take my son to photo shoots like that, it is almost always a wash.

Well, if yesterday as a stay-home day was on a scale of 0 to 10, it'd been a -2 for stress, etc. But today as a stay-home day was about a 8! It stormed, wind howled, and poured all day, complete with power outage, but still I got lots done around the house. Soreness is about gone and I'll do my final strength workout for the week tomorrow. As far as my goals go, it's been a good week.

    Have a great one!

Happy anniversary Marla! Sorry your husband is cranky though. Is he feeling any better?

Good luck with the tournament Donna! I agree this time of year is stressful for some reason.

Glad your day was productive Sherry. Sounds like a good one to stay inside the house!

I saw my trainer this morning & did a quick (12 minute) warm-up on the elliptical before we started. Got out for a walk this afternoon (it's about 15 degrees above average for this time of year and the sun is shining) and am going swimming after work. It will be my first time in the pool in 2 weeks, and that was the swim I cut short because my sinuses were reacting poorly to the chlorine. Hoping this time goes more smoothly! I have a massage scheduled at 7:00 in the same location which gives me time to swim for about an hour, shower & change clothes, and head back to the front desk to check in for my massage.

Now if I could just get my eating under control things would be awesome.
