Have Emotional Eating?

I have been following the Eat To Live program, Dr. Fuhrman with great success. I was actually following his more gradual Eat For Health as I had a lot of bad habits! down 36 lbs, I felt I was really controlling my food and the Binge Monster might break out any moment.

One fellow on E2L mentioned Shrink Yourself, book and online super saver. I have completed week 1 Guided Session, Workbook and personalizing my Hunger Coach....a tool I can go to when I am having problems. I watched You Tube collection of a woman doing the program.,Seeing her progress every week looked appealing to me!

so far great. there are some minor glitches here and there. I offered to report them if they waive my fee! LOL Still nothin that drove me crazy. some of it might be due to the fact that I am usually on an IPad.

    Really great link! Thanks! I also found help with Steve Siebold's www.fatloser.com and book Get Fit or Die Fat (I always screw up the title. I have given my book away to a friend.) I love motivational books, websites, and videos!
