When I've lost my food mojo...

I remembered another thing that helps me get my food squared away. I use Tosca Reno's Clean Eating menus. I follow them pretty closely. I say that only because if it says eat a plum and they aren't in season I'll replace with another fruit. Or I really hate tuna, so I'll replace with chicken. I keep it like for like. Having things spelled out. Foods already shopped for really help me reign myself in when I'm having a hard time.

In the beginning I got Tosca Reno's menus free of the internet. Now I own a few of her books and I get the Clean Eating magazine. All have menus in them.
