Day 4 - Sweat

Yep - lots o sweat. Much harder than I anticipated. I almost got sick during those 10,000 squats. So outta breath and coming out of all the up down movement, I think I got a little motion sickness. For the record, I'm extremely prone to motion sickness - such a plague my whole life. So I think for this one and Drench I'll be popping a trusty Dramamine (non drowsy of course).
One thing is for sure, I gotta looooong way to go on my balance.

This is a very challenging workout. I am feeling wobbly in my legs! I definitely need improvement on my balance too, I kept falling over! HAHA0

sweet jesus that was hard. omg i barely kept up. i love the feeling of like my body sculpting but this was past that it was burning. all the tricep pushups omg. my only problem is all the down dog stuff. she's not as descriptive as she needs to be when you can't look at the screen. i constantly had to break form to look up to see what she was doing. but i'm sure after 3 months of those workouts ill have it down pat.0
