Very Disappointed with this group
When I first joined this group I enjoyed it very much. Almost everyone was posting in the group including the leader of the group faithnfitness. Then after November no one was posting except for a select few including myself. I thought it would be nice to join a group where everyone in the group was doing PiYo like I was.…
Motivation Monday

Well I haven't done this in a while & I won't do today either. Traveling to IN to visit my MIL for the New Year. I will post my Stats next Saturday & will try to post during the week in the group. :D
Tip Tuesday & Motivation Monday
Here's my tip for today: What motivates me to stay fit throughout the holidays is reminding myself where I want to be. Cheating myself will only set me back. Being I didn't get to post yesterday for Motivation Monday: LIMITATIONS ONLY EXIST IF YOU LET THEM!

Running a half marathon tomorrow - woohoo! PiYo has helped me so much with running, I can run longer and don't feel half as sore. It's awesome. :)

Fell off the wagon
Well I slipped, then kept on sliding. Work is absolutely crazy and will only get worse over the next 2-3 weeks, the holidays, traveling...
