Your ultimate goal

I have been struggling a lot this year with weight loss. I go down a pound, up two, down two, up 1 and it has been a year of the Yo-Yo. Overall I am down 1 lb from Jan 1st (maybe 2).
I decided to think, what do I REALLY want to get out of this journey. When I actually thought about it, my true goal, has very little to do with my weight. Sure, losing weight may help me achieve my goals but my goals have changed drastically over the last 3 years on MFP
My goals
1) Be strong- both physically and mentally
2) Run fast and run far
3) Get comfortable with being uncomfortable, so that I can experience knew things and meet new people that will enrich my life.
So what are your goals in YOUR journey? Is it all about weight loss? What does "healthy" mean to you?

To be honest, I am relatively happy with my fitness. I hate running though! But for me the goal is to look good through an incorporation of a healthy lifestyle. So doing martial arts, swimming, walking, eating healthy. But a big part of it for me is wanting to look good as well :-) So not necessarily losing weight, but certainly mass composition changes.0
