The group has gone quiet! We're beginning week 4 on 10/26 and it's time to check in. Let everyone know how things are going...

My progress has not been what I hoped it would be. In the first two weeks I struggled with night-time binges and did not lose much weight. In week 3 I finally lost a good amount and I'm happy with how things are going. This puts me behind my schedule, but I can deal with that. The fact that I've mostly overcome my demon and have been getting good exercise and am now on the path I need to be on is good. I'll just move forward from here and modify my original goal of 20 pounds during the challenge to 15 pounds. I think that's very achievable. As long as I keep getting to bed on time I won't be tempted to late-night binge.
