Establish Your Goals

There is only a week left before we get started. Please take the time to write down or even post your fitness goals. Seeing them in print can help to reinforce them mentally. Set realistic goals, and stick to them. If you are new to this, try to pick one or two goals (ei; walk 30 mins a day, or avoid that problem food) just for the month. Remember, little changes can add up to big results in the long run.
