Plug in your daily goal macros (in grams) and it spits out the (theoretical) level of nutritional ketosis you "should" be able to maintain.
"Should be" is the operative word.
First, it takes time,
Second, it assumes you are keto adapted, and,
Third, it is NOT a "guarantee" since simple math cannot take into account individual variations such as carb/insulin resistance and protein intake being maintained at a level such that gluconeogenesis does not produce excess glucose inhibiting ketone production.
It's just a tool but it will give you a quick idea of where your current macros stand.
