Katie - It is a workout DVD by Results Fitness, 10 Days to a Better Body. I finished up Stage 1 of New Rules last week. It has two 35 minute workouts, one for upper body and one for lower. You alternate the two workouts every other day for ten days, so five of each workout. It is pretty intense.
My sister and I are doing a kind of competition thing and she left for vacation and skipped out on our measurements and weigh-in, the little booger. So I promised I would give her a week after she returns from vacation before we weigh-in and do measurements. And I didn't want to start Stage 2 until I did measurements, so I filled in with this DVD I got from NetFlix for the time being. :laugh:0 -

PBSMommy - thanks, I decided to use that thing called the "Internet" after I had asked you about it, just to see for myself...haha!! I think it is only available in the US at the moment. So is it kind of like the 10 minute solutions, and the Firm workouts? It sounds good anyway. How did you find women lifting that you was doing?
Solanum - don't worry about it, we all have our bad days / week!! Have you still made good choices with the food? If so, then exercise is only an added bonus, eating well is the main thing!! If not, then so what, there are 52 weeks in a year and you have had 1 crud week...in the grand scheme of things you have done amazingly well during the last 20 weeks since we started this group... always checking in, always working out... so don't worry about it. Get your head back in the right place and start back up when you are ready...
