maybe change your calorie intake?? I had to up mine and I started losing weight again0

Yeah, that's what they suggest you do in Weight Watchers--eat more calories for a while. Not a lot more. But maybe 100 or 200 more a day for a week. It "shocks" your system into losing weight again, according to a WW receptionist I talked to. I don't know if that's true or not, but I've seen it work.0
