Gosh clumsy me, manage to fall when being out walking my dogs.
So with a both arms and knees hurted I think this chalange will be to much of a chalange. Going to do those work outs I am able to, but will be a lot less then first thought. So not going to logg it.

Had to change some due to wonds on arms and knees, still used to ignore aches and pains due to fibro, I manage to do the challange too

I'm going to do the an challenge... Should I jump in on the 15th? Or start back on day one and work into next month? Also- will you help me by holding me really accountable? Like be almost annoying? Lol0

If you feel strong enough to start on day 15 go for it. If you need to build up to it start at day one and keep going. Your call.
