Gosh clumsy me, manage to fall when being out walking my dogs.
So with a both arms and knees hurted I think this chalange will be to much of a chalange. Going to do those work outs I am able to, but will be a lot less then first thought. So not going to logg it.

Had to change some due to wonds on arms and knees, still used to ignore aches and pains due to fibro, I manage to do the challange too
