Looking for people who need to lose weight

So, I lifted regularly when I was in my twenties and early thirties, and was in pretty good shape. I got married and life happened. I am now 43 trying to lose my gut and build the muscle back that seems to have disappeared. I weigh 246 lbs., and don't really care if I gain weight as long as I lose the gut and the muscle is noticeable. Any help or friends is appreciated

I am in my early 30s but I got married in my early 20s three kids and almost 100 pounds later I know how you feel before I found this app I have lost 15 pounds got another 43 to go to get to my goal weight going to the gym 5 days a week trying to cut my gut out too and make my muscles pop like they did in college when I was wrestling keep your head up you can do it my current weight is 233.2lbs0
