Thanks everyone for the well wishes!
Laura - my eating is always all over the map when I'm sick. I usually swing like a pendulum between eating practically nothing and then engorging myself. I hope you start feeling better soon!
Well, today is Halloween! I'm going to my sister's house with the kids to go trick or treating. My goal is to avoid engorging myself on lots of candy. That is basically my sole focus today!. Be safe out there today everyone!

Hi and Happy Halloween to those having it (which I guess is everyone but me?)
Today I went to the park while son was at tutor. Did my ankle exercises and started to walk. There were lots of runners. Also the Classic Marathon is coming up. All the running is making me sad, or jealous, or something. But while I was *walking* I felt those old familiar shots of pain through my calf about 3 different times. ugh! I just want to hit the "reset" button to the way things WERE.And then, I want to RUN! boohoohoo
Anyway, got a pretty good walk and plenty of stretches.
DH decided to make it movie @ home night and to rule out son's taekwon do. He misses so much, he's been skipped over for belts so many times he's being passed up by kids who started years after him. It makes me feel bad, but these things aren't always a straight line path, I guess. Anywaaaay, all this means is that I didn't get to do my workout, so that means I gotta hit it tomorrow and/or Sunday.
Eating has been pretty ok this week.
