Getting the right calorie count.

I was never one to really count calories or monitor my macronutrients aka Protein, carbs and fat intake until I started this challenge. Its amazing how much science and math is involved with it. But since I started this challenge I have been doing a lot of research on it, mostly from bodybuilding.com, and the things I have learned. If your one to count your calorie intake and making sure you are getting the right amount of your proteins, carbs and fats depending on your goal I highly recommend bodybuilding.com. Go to the search tab type in How to calculate calorie intake then the page will bring up different pages you can choose from. Good luck to everyone on your goals and remember stay strong, stay motivated and have a strong mindset.
