Day 12 - Define Upper Body

This was a bit easier today - got just a teeny bit lower in my tricep push-ups and even did some on my feet. It's so hard to keep elbows in tho!

Made yesterday my rest day due to soreness after the chiropractor adjustment I had on Wednesday. I'm still sore but I figured I better get this done this morning b/c I have another chiro appt today. If the right side let's loose today then I'll be super sore again.

I vow to never have to go thru this back pain crap again! Going to do everything I can to make my core, hamstrings and glutes powerhouses so I never never never ever again mess up my back. Sucks so much.
