Have had some good workouts but not good enough and it shows. Been doing a lot of walking and boot camp started again, played golf on Friday. but I think I got to get my food back on track0

Today I got a great short ride in just over an hour riding almost 16 miles. That is the highest speed average that I've ever managed to record.
ride length = 15.8 miles
time = 67.5 minutes
average speed = 14.1mph
