    I did manage to avoid over-doing it on the leftover candy today....but it's going to be a challenge. The kiddo would be happy to help me with this problem, but I don't want him over-doing it either.

    Grateful for the new group. I plan to thoroughly enjoy Thanksgiving so that's why I adjusted my goal for this month. I knocked day 1 out the park!

    I think I may have pinched my sciatic nerve. If I stand up more than 10 minutes , my right toes go numb. My back is much better than last week, but I will still be exercise limited this week. It sucks getting old and having arthritis type issues.

    It was a great day. I was able to get in a 3 mile run this morning, and I did a quick cardio circuit this evening. I'm kicking butt and taking names because I need to win my Dietbet.

    Went to Curves for workout #3...now that they aren't "coaching" me...I can actually get a little sweaty. Not sure that they are going to get to keep my $$ for as long as they would hope.

    Enjoyed a quick power walk this morning and tae bo this evening.

    R_Queenie - Woohoo!!! You're getting your mojo back! Glad you were able to enjoy your workout today. I had a cousin lose a ton of weight using Curves, but I've never tried them.

    Scherzie - You are a workhorse!!!! You will definitely be ready for that 1/2 marathon.

    Hit step goal and did a mini-workout in hotel room with jump rope. Serious adjustment of eating plan so steak and shake would squeeze into the day. :-)

    I tried to make good selections today...there were buffets for breakfast and lunch. Long day of training so no gym. I did avoid all foods at the snack break....so it could have easily been worse.

    It must have been a rest day because I didn't do anything exercise. :D

    R_Queenie - Awesome job avoiding those unhealthy snacks. All you can do is try to make the best choices possible. I actually hate going to trainings and such because of the food. Since I can't control what they're serving, I always have some healthy snacks on me.
