Hit step goal and did a mini-workout in hotel room with jump rope. Serious adjustment of eating plan so steak and shake would squeeze into the day. :-)

R_Queenie - Awesome job avoiding those unhealthy snacks. All you can do is try to make the best choices possible. I actually hate going to trainings and such because of the food. Since I can't control what they're serving, I always have some healthy snacks on me.0 -

k80flec- Curves was offering a trial deal. I think they may cost a bit too much (and want me to sign on for a whole year)....so I won't likely be staying with them. I do like that it is a fast circuit workout, but I'm not sure that I would call it "fun". I do like that it is pretty mindless on my part - I can pretty much show up and go onto auto pilot.
I'm not green for the month...as a matter of fact, I'm about 1800 OVER. I'm going to have to find a serious groove to see any scale movement....and I am growing very desperate to see the scale move.0 -
