New month, new motivations!

Run/walk 50 miles
Plan meals

My goals for November
1. Exercise at least 4-5 times a week (6-7 stresses me out I think!)
2. Keep a consistent food log
3. Plan meals & get groceries weekly (instead of daily lately! Spending a fortune!)0 -

Indeed they are!! However for me November isn't as bad as for some because our Thanksgiving was in October. But December....
