    I was a Jawbone UP person for ages but due to the UP3 always falling off I sent it back and got myself a Fitbit HR Charge! Love it checks my heart rate all the time unlike my other tracker, but this is taking time to get used to lol. any friends will help, don't know how to ask for them and any tips too would be wonderful. With my UP band I added exercise at the gym etc to that app and it synced with MFP, but this one I am advised I need to add it to MFP only, but I am confused as it also says you set the timer in MFP, but I didn't think you could, so do you set the fitbit to time it??? Help please?

    I got my FitBit yesterday and still learning how to use it. I've bought the large one and think I probably needed the small. Not sure if I can change it now I have set it up. Does anyone know if the watch part is a different size on the small and large? Thanks
