Hi, I did do a Goggle search and go back to the fitbit site, played around with my dashboard. But how can I just see or tell what calories are burned during my workouts? When I get up cals are already there. TIA

I discovered over the winter that rapid temperature changes cause the band to bubble and peel off.0 -

@evoldman2016 : This would be better asked in a different thread - not in the "Find friends" thread, but I'll give you my 2 cents. I started using MFP first, before I got my first Fitbit. My understanding is that MFP's food database and food entry tools are far superior to Fitbit's. So, most people here use MFP to enter their food and Fitbit to track their exercise.0

Hello. Got my Charge in July 2015 through my health insurance, and started a Diabetes Prevention Program in March 2016. My current goal is 7,500 steps 3 days/week and to reduce my calorie intake. Hope to find friends with similar goals. (I am NOwhere near setting a 10,000 steps/day goal!)
