Week 5

So, we missed a week. :( I spent most of my week running around getting things for my name change settled. I hope everyone is still on board with our challenge because I'm still in it!

Personally, food choices haven't been spectacular, but on a positive note I continue to log and at least eat within my caloric range. This week I'm going to focus on my water intake as I feel that's behind a little. Who's with me?

I'm challenging everyone this week to log your water intake as well. And to take the challenge a step further, replace at least one soda, tea, or coffee with WATER! Let's see how we do!
