So should you follow this diet or not?

I personally think it will work for people of an average weight or people who eat around 2000 cals+ normally. Although, it could still work if you are a bit underweight. People have lost from 17lbs- 32lbs in 6 weeks or so.

Remember, fruit and veg does not count unless you are over the max calorie intake

    It sounds manageable! What I want to know is, how do you log these days without mfp being mad at you? I generally aim for 1200/day, but when I go under 1000 calories, mfp tells me I'm not eating enough and am going into starvation mode, and it won't tell me my projected weight in 5 weeks. Boo! Any ideas?
